Nonprofit Advocacy
Supporting survivors of domestic violence is not a side effort in my life, it’s a core part of who I am. Through years of board service, public education, certified advocacy training, and research, I’ve worked to advance survivor-centered, trauma-informed support at every level. Whether guiding strategy as a member of the Executive Board at Crisis Center North, fundraising to expand access to life-saving services, or helping launch events and initiatives that raise both awareness and resources, I show up with purpose and care.
My advocacy is rooted in a belief that survivors deserve to be safe, believed, and supported in a lifelong commitment to making that a reality through both systemic change and personal action.
Crisis Center North
Executive Board of Directors
Member of Research, Development & Outreach Committee
Host Committee Member
As a board member at Crisis Center North, I helped shape strategic direction, ensure financial sustainability, and advocate for trauma-informed services that support survivors of domestic violence at no cost. I provided input on mission alignment, organizational planning, and program effectiveness, while also contributing personal and fundraising support.
Through the Research, Development, and Outreach Committee, I led the creation and successful launch of PAWS Against Domestic Violence, a signature fundraising event benefiting the PAWS for Empowerment therapy dog program.
I also served on the Host Committee for Cocktails & Cuisine, the organization’s premier annual fundraiser, where I supported sponsorship development, vendor partnerships, marketing strategy, and event execution to help secure essential funding.
